Resuming Full Operations

Good news!

SunWest Aviation, Inc. is resuming full operations thanks to the inclusion of flight schools on the essential business list created by the federal government. Our office will once again be open seven days a week, from 9 AM – 5 PM.

Our instructors have been given the option to stay at home, so not all instructors may be available at this time. Please contact your instructor or our office for more information.

The health of our customers and our employees comes first. We are excited to return to work, but please remember that limiting the spread of COVID-19 should be a top priority.

We will be sanitizing the headsets and aircraft interiors after each use per CDC guidelines. We recommend that you bring your own headset whenever possible, and we urge customers and employees to cancel appointments if they are feeling ill or have a fever. Most importantly, we ask that you stay home if you are one of, or come in regular contact with, the people who fall under these high-risk categories as stated by the CDC:

People aged 65 years and older

People who live in a nursing home or long-term care facility

People with chronic lung disease or moderate to severe asthma

People who have serious heart conditions

People who are immunocompromised including cancer treatment patients

People of any age with severe obesity or certain underlying medical conditions

People who are pregnant

Thank you for your patience during this unique situation. As always, we wish you good health and safety.
